Portfolio based locally around the Inner North Surrounding Suburbs

No Saturdays

Work from home - 2 days a week

Leasing Team

Inspections Team
n
Role is based predominately in the office
n
Prospect to progress in your career
n
Salary up to $100K+Super (depending on experience)

About you:
n
n
Experience with managing a residential portfolio - 12+ months
n
Hold a current and valid Agent Rep Certificate
n
Hold a current and valid Driver's Licence
n
Experience using a Property Management program being RP Office, REST, Console, Agent Plus, Property Me, Property Tree or Reapit
n
Corporate attire
n
Excellent communication & written skills
