About the role
Reporting to the Head of Business Systems, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving Aunty Grace's technology environment.
You will oversee our Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms, cyber security initiatives, device management and day-to-day IT operations while helping shape the future direction of our technology landscape.
This is a highly visible role requiring strong technical expertise combined with a practical, customer-focused approach.
Key responsibilities
Manage Microsoft 365, Azure and Entra ID environments
Administer users, permissions, groups and identity management
Maintain licensing and access controls
Apply security best practices and least-privilege principles
Manage cyber security controls and security uplift initiatives




Monitor and respond to security threats and vulnerabilities
Maintain security documentation and standards
Provide senior-level technical support and issue resolution
Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues
About you
5+ years in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Administration or IT Operations
Azure and Entra ID administration experience
Intune and endpoint management experience
Exposure to cyber security initiatives and security controls
Experience supporting environments of ******* users
Degree, Diploma or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Cyber Security or related discipline
Microsoft certifications highly regarded (Azure, Microsoft 365, Security)
