Talent Lab Co, in partnership with a quick-sc Australian beauty portfolio, seeks a commercially astute Procurement Manager to lead supplier negotiations, optimise COGS across multiple brands, and shape procurement strategy at both commercial and strategic levels.
You will own procurement of all components for production, manage cost-down initiatives, and collaborate with Operations, Finance, Demand Planning and NPD to ensure supply continuity and margin protection.
