We are excited to be opening a new Op Shop in Canningtonand are seeking an experienced, retail-savvy Shop Managerto lead the store from launch through to long-term success. About the Role As Shop Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Op Shop, leading a diverse team that includes people with disability, volunteers, and retail staff.

You will balance solid commercial outcomes with social impact. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all retail operations, including sales, merchandising, stock control, and visual presentation Supervise, support, and develop staff and supported employees in an inclusive environment Drive sales performance and achieve budget and KPI targets Maintain high standards of customer service and community engagement Ensure WHS, cash handling,
