Embed with mining and energy clients to deploy AI and analytics solutions for operations, maintenance and safety.
This is a customer vacancy managed through Balncs.
The successful candidate will work close to customer teams while maintaining strong production-engineering standards and a clear feedback path into the underlying platform.
What you will own
Discover the operational problem and translate it into an executable technical scope.
Build, integrate and stabilise production capability in the customer setting.
Coordinate decisions across users, engineering, product and delivery stakeholders.
Capture repeated field patterns that can improve the platform, tooling or delivery playbook.
Evidence we are looking for




5+ years of software or data engineering experience
Familiarity with OT or industrial systems
Cloud data-platform experience
Comfort working on remote sites
