Your Role (That You'll Actually Enjoy!):
Assist pet families with care guidance and insurance claims processing, applying your veterinary expertise to evaluate medical records and make informed, caring decisions
Manage email correspondence and phone conversations with understanding, ensuring seamless operations
Work alongside passionate animal advocates and become the compassionate core of every customer interaction
Maintain a healthy 37.5-hour work schedule, Monday–Friday from 8:00am–5:00pm (rotating schedule)
