About the Role
Join a large enterprise platform team and help bridge business needs with technical delivery acrossMicrosoft Power PlatformandDynamics 365 (CE).
You'll work closely with SMEs, Business Analysts, developers and architects to shape clear functional solutions and documentation.
Key responsibilities
Gather and analyse business requirements with SMEs/BAs
Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
Translate needs intofunctional specificationsand solution designs
ConfigureDynamics 365 (CE)modules andPower Apps
Produce and maintain design/workflow documentation
Identify improvement opportunities and support better user experience
Ensure solutions align to governance, security and compliance standards




Qualifications
Proven experience as aFunctional Analystdelivering functional specs/design docs
Strong hands-on knowledge ofPower PlatformandDynamics 365
Confident stakeholder engagement and clear communication
Solid problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Experience working inAgile/Scrumdelivery environments
