Job Description
IRT Australia seeks a compassionate Wellbeing Services Employee to join our Residential Care Home team at IRT Woodlands, Meridan Plains. You'll create meaningful moments that keep residents active, connected and engaged through group activities, outings and personalised conversations.

You'll lead wellbeing-focused activities, support residents' interests and cultures, and work with families and staff to deliver person-centred care in a safe, inclusive workplace. Full training provided.
