Key Responsibilities
As the Operations Manager - Care Services, you will lead the delivery of high-quality in-home care services across NSW and ACT, ensuring services are aligned with client needs, individual care plans, organisational objectives, and all regulatory requirements.
Reporting into the Chief Operating Officer - Aged Care, you will oversee a team of 4 direct reports and approximately 50 FTE, while providing operational oversight of a workforce of around 1,000 casual care employees delivering services each week.
This pivotal leadership role is responsible for workforce deployment, service transitions, operational performance, and the ongoing optimisation of care delivery. You will drive excellence across quality, compliance, safety,



and governance whilst identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and client outcomes.
About You
Leading the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of in-home care services across NSW and ACT.
Managing workforce planning and resource allocation to ensure optimal service delivery and client satisfaction.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance, productivity, and scalability.
Overseeing service transitions, implementation activities, and operational change programs.
Ensuring compliance with NDIS, Aged Care Quality Standards, workplace health and safety requirements, and organisational governance frameworks.
Monitoring performance metrics and leveraging data insights to inform decision-making and business improvements.
Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support growth, operational excellence, and strategic objectives.
Leading, coaching, and developing Team Leaders and operational teams to build capability and accountability.
Fostering a positive, high-performing culture centred on collaboration, innovation, and person-centred care.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Community Services, Disability, Social Work or simulator a related field, providing a foundation in person-centered practice and service.
NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, WWCC (or willingness to obtain)
Valid driver license and full working rights in Australia
