IAG is seeking multiple Motor Claims Consultants to join our Brisbane-based team.
You will manage motor claims end-to-end, predominantly via phone, guiding customers through the claims journey with empathy.
After completing a 10-week training program, there is flexibility to work from home.
Roles are permanent full time, with rotating shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:15 PM, Monday to Friday, and weekend availability as required.
Start date: 12 October ****.
