Job Description
BLANCA Studio in NSW is seeking an experienced eCommerce & Digital Manager to own the trading and performance for BLANCA and Reliquia Jewellery. You'll drive online growth, optimise the customer journey, and manage data-informed campaigns across Shopify and other platforms.

You'll lead CRO initiatives, CRM programs and reporting, working hands-on with the team to maximise revenue, improve conversion and deliver a seamless digital experience across both brands.
