You'll join a supportive, highly skilled engineering team delivering practical, site-specific solutions across power, pumping, controls, renewables and infrastructure projects.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor of Engineering — Electrical, Electronic or equivalent
5+ years' post-graduate industry experience
Strong understanding of Australian Standards, construction processes and technical compliance
Experience across electrical design, switchboards, control panels, generators, drives, renewables, HV or control systems
Commercial awareness, clear communication and confidence working with clients, suppliers and project teams
PowerCad-5 experience will be highly regarded
What you'll do:
Lead electrical engineering input across design, product selection, testing,



installation and commissioning
Provide technical guidance on MCCs, switchboards, control panels, generators, drives, renewables, HV and control systems
Review client specifications, tenders, drawings, calculations and technical deliverables
Support site work through inspections, commissioning and practical problem-solving
Mentor engineers, chair reviews and contribute to a culture of learning, safety and continuous improvement
Partner with clients, suppliers and cross-functional teams to deliver smarter, reliable energy solutions
