Job Description
Connecting Families is seeking Disability Youth Support Workers in the ACT region to provide hands-on support for a young participant with multiple complex needs. The role requires calm, reliable and patient individuals who can maintain skilled boundaries while supporting daily living, community participation and routines.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III/IV in a relevant field, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, WWVP and Working with Children Check, plus current First Aid.
