The Salvation Army is seeking a Support Worker in Mount Isa to provide compassionate, community-focused care for participants. You will be a welcoming point of contact, assist in daily programs, and support participants to work toward personal goals within our care framework.
You will collaborate with the team to address needs, promote recovery goals, and ensure a safe, respectful setting for all participants in a dynamic community setting.
