About the Opportunity

This is a fantastic chance to join our Customer Care team in Dandenong South, helping us to create great customer experiences.

Your key responsibilities include:
Providing a strong customer service experience by providing accurate product knowledge and effectively handling warranty claims
Confidently talk to customers over phone and email; managing enquiries, service needs and complaints
Learning a wide product range and become a technical expert in a specified field




Using your exceptional communication skills to provide our customers and suppliers with the very best service.
