Role: EBP Functional Analyst (Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365)

About the Role
n
Join a large enterprise platform team and help bridge business needs with technical delivery across Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 (CE). You'll work closely with SMEs, Business Analysts, developers and architects to shape explicit functional solutions and documentation.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Gather and analyse business requirements with SMEs/BAs
n
Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
n
Translate needs into functional specifications and solution designs
n
Configure Dynamics 365 (CE) modules and Power Apps
n
Produce and maintain design/workflow documentation
n
Identify improvement opportunities and support better user experience
n
Ensure solutions align to governance,



security and compliance standards
n

Qualifications
n
n
Proven experience as a Functional Analyst delivering functional specs/design docs
n
Strong hands-on knowledge of Power Platform and Dynamics 365
n
Confident stakeholder engagement and clear communication
n
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
n
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
n
