The Opportunity

We're looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Bundaberg team.

This role offers a warm desk with active clients and immediate billing opportunities, while also giving you the autonomy to grow your own market across the Bundaberg region.
n
You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle across blue and white-collar sectors, partnering with clients across mining, civil, industrial, transport, and qualified industries.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing the full 360 recruitment process
n
Building and growing client relationships
n
Driving new business development
n




Managing active vacancies and candidate pipelines

Delivering high-quality temp and permanent recruitment solutions

What We're Looking For

Agency recruitment experience (Blue Collar 360 preferred)
n
Strong relationship-building and business development skills
n
Commercial mindset and proactive approach

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
