We are looking for a Assistant Manager to assist in leading our passionate team by driving engagement and building a high-performing team culture in our Norwood Store. Work with the Store Manager to deliver an elevated customer experience by demonstrating a sophisticated approach to sales, product knowledge and building long-lasting relationships.

THE ROLE:
n
n
Assist with driving a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction.
n
Support the Store Manager to engage and empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
n
Work with leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
n
Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
n
Support with driving operational excellence, managing rosters and preparing back-of-house administration.
n
Sunday to Thursday roster.

The Ideal Candidate
n
n
Experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role in a fast-paced high volume fashion retail store.
n




A supportive leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
n
Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPI's and in line with budgets.
n
An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
n
Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
n
A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values

Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
