About the Role
n
We are looking for a self-motivated, results-driven and organized Recruitment and Compliance Administrator who wants to grow quick with us. You'll be working alongside our People and Performance Manager in this part-time role (20 hours per week completed over 4 days) to support the ongoing growth and effectiveness of our recruitment and compliance function. This is a career-development opportunity where you'll be provided mentoring while being empowered to shape recruitment and compliance at a critical stage of our scale-up journey.

You'll be a great fit if you:
n
n
Have 1–2 years' experience in recruitment or human resources roles.
n
Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources, Business administrator or related field is desirable
n
Experience in using HRIS systems such as Employment Hero
n
Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, discretion, follow through and comfortable chasing information and closing loops with stakeholders.
n
Are hungry to learn, show initiative, take ownership, and grow within a fast-paced start-up.
n
Have an entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable with change and always looking to improve.
n
Want to understand and impact both the top and bottom lines of a company's P&L.;

Your Key Responsibilities
n
n
Support recruitment operations across QLD and NSW: providing end to end recruitment support, from crafting job ads and managing postings to shortlisting candidates, completing telephone screens, coordinating interviews, prompt positive candidate communition and facilitating pre-onboarding processes.
n
Collaborating with the People and Performance Manager to develop new recruitment channels to improve speed and quality of hiring: utilising job boards, social media, agencies, education institutions and more to understand which channels work best for which roles / regions etc.
n
Ensure ongoing compliance and record-keeping through diligent verification of team members (verifying and uploading requirements such as police check, NDIS workers check, drivers licence etc) and ongoing maintenance of the company asset register.
