Job Description
The Institute is seeking a compassionate, proactive individual to support older women in Townsville and Cairns with holistic care. You will coordinate services, assess health changes, and advocate for appropriate supports to promote independence, dignity and purpose.

The role emphasises building trusted relationships, working with GPs and allied health, and leading a small team in a mission-driven environment. Part time (15 hours/week) over 3 days, with travel as required.
