Very small BMC with minor shared facilities

Opportunity to take ownership of the building and build strong relationships with residents, committees and contractors

About You
n
n
3 - 4+ years' experience in Building Management
n
Strong knowledge of day-to-day building operations
n




Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
Strong contractor and maintenance management experience
n
A proactive approach to building presentation, compliance and service delivery
n
The ambition to develop and progress their career within the industry
