We're a well-established, Townsville-based electrical and appliance service company looking for a hands-on Field Service Technician ready to step into a secure, full-time role with flexibility, support, and genuine growth opportunities. About the Role
n
You'll be out on the road, diagnosing and repairing household appliances, replacing / installing new appliances and cleaning air conditioners in customer homes. You'll work across a range of domestic appliance repairs and refrigeration work, with manufacturer training and support from an experienced local team

What You'll Be Doing

Diagnosing and repairing a variety of household appliances
n
Refrigeration and appliance service work
n
Warranty and non-warranty repairs
n
Diagnosing faults and providing clear repair recommendations
n
Delivering and installing new units at customer sitesPreparing and managing parts for your daily schedule
n




Completing accurate job notes and reports
n
Providing friendly, skilled customer service on every call
n
Working independently across the Townsville Region
n

What You'll Need
n
n
Minimum: Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect) or Electrical Licence
n
1–2+ years' experience in appliance repair, refrigeration or the electrical trade
n
Experience with domestic appliance repairs and refrigeration
n
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
n
The ability to work independently and take ownership of your jobs
n
Good mechanical and electrical aptitude
n
Strong communication and customer service skills
n
A reliable, motivated, and friendly attitude
n
