Job Description
The Matthew Flinders Hotel, part of ALH Hotels, is seeking an Assistant Manager to help keep the pub buzzing and loved by locals. Located on Warrigal Road near Chadstone Shopping Centre and Monash University, this iconic venue offers a busy Family Bistro, sports bar, and function spaces.

The role is hands-on, involves lifting, and requires RSA and RSGas. You will lead a team, support the Publican, and ensure excellent service with energy and a welcoming vibe across a busy venue.
