Role Purpose
n
We require an experienced senior SAPBasis and platform engineer to provide technical support, administration, andoperational ownership across the SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Business TechnologyPlatform (BTP). The role is responsible for maintaining platform
stability,availability,
security, performance, and compliance across HR
technologyservices.
n
Candidate Profile
n
The ideal candidate willbe a hands-on SAP technical specialist with deep SAP Basis experience, EmployeeCentral Payroll platform knowledge, and practical administration experienceacross SuccessFactors, SAP BTP, IAS, IPS, Cloud Connector, SAP
Router,certificates,
OAuth, transport management, system refreshes, and
platformmonitoring.
They must be comfortable working in a regulated
enterpriseenvironment
and able to engage with business teams, internal technology teams,SAP support, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provide SAP Basis andplatform administration support across SuccessFactors and Employee CentralPayroll environments.
n
Maintain
platformavailability,
performance, security, and operational supportability acrossproduction and non-production environments.
n




Administer SAP
SuccessFactorsplatform
services, transport management, environment governance, and releasesupport activities.
n
Support Employee CentralPayroll technical operations, including payroll infrastructure, upgrades,patching, monitoring, background jobs, and issue resolution.
n
Lead or support system copy,environment refresh, Spinifex cloning, post-refresh validation, and technicalcutover activities.
n
Administer SAP IAS, IPS, SSO,OAuth, certificates, trust relationships, and privileged access controls.
n
Manage SAP BTP
subaccounts,destinations,
connectivity, entitlements, role collections, and
serviceadministration.
n
Support SAP Cloud Connector,SAP Router, RFCs, APIs, secure connectivity, and integration troubleshooting.
n
Perform platform healthchecks, performance monitoring, root cause analysis, and operational riskmitigation.
n
n
Mandatory Experience
n
n
4+ years SAP
Basisadministration
experience, including SAP NetWeaver ABAP, transport
management,monitoring,
troubleshooting, background jobs, system copy, and environmentrefresh activities.
n
3+ years supporting SAPSuccessFactors environments, with strong Employee Central and
platformadministration
experience.
n
Strong hands-on
experiencesupporting
SAP Employee Central Payroll technical operations, upgrades,patching, and payroll infrastructure.
n
Practical experience with SAPIAS, IPS, OAuth, SSO, certificate lifecycle management, SSL,
trustconfiguration,
and security controls.
n
Experience administering SAPBTP, Cloud Connector, SAP Router, RFCs, API authentication, and secureintegration services.
n
Experience operating in acomplex, regulated enterprise environment with solid
documentation,governance,
and stakeholder engagement disciplines.

Highly Desirable

SuccessFactorsPlatform
Administration certification, SAP Basis certification, CyberArk orother privileged access management experience, exposure to large-scale HRtransformation programmes, and experience supporting geographically distributedSAP landscapes.
