JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll deliver clinical nursing care and support tailored to each client's individual needs. Your responsibilities will include:
n

Delivering safe and effective nursing care in accordance with care plans and clinical guidelines
n
Administering medications and monitoring for reactions or side effects
n
Performing wound care, vital signs monitoring, and catheter care as needed
n
Assisting with chronic disease management and monitoring health conditions
n
Collaborating with other health professionals to ensure a coordinated care approach
n
Supporting clients with personal care and mobility where required
n
Providing health education and promoting client independence
n
Accurately documenting care, observations, and any changes in client condition
n
Escalating concerns to the Registered Nurse or clinical lead as appropriate
n

About the Candidate
n
n
Must have at least 12 months of professional experience
n
Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse
n
A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
Current National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
n
Must have work rights in Australia
n
Previous experience in community, aged care, or DVA nursing (highly regarded)
n
A genuine passion for client-centered care and service excellence
n
Excellent clinical judgement and attention to detail
n
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
Flexibility to travel to support clients in their homes
n




Availability to start immediately is highly regarded
n
Available to work for night shifts
n
