Job Description
BaptistCare is seeking a Direct Care Coordinator in Victoria for a 12-month contract. You will develop, manage and deliver optimised rosters for front-line staff, acting as the first point of contact for staff, service providers and external agencies.

The role requires rostering expertise in aged care settings, solid organisational skills, and the ability to support customers with customised rosters. Hybrid work includes 3 days in office and work-from-home flexibility.
