Double Dragon Chinese Restaurant is a well-established dining venue renowned for authentic Chinese cuisine, warm service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This is a full-time position based in South Australia.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Plan, direct, and coordinate restaurant operations to ensure efficient and profitable service.

Oversee staff recruitment, training, rostering, and performance management.
n
Monitor quality of service and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
n
Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and ordering of food and beverage stock.
n
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, workplace health and safety, and licensing requirements.

Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.

Prepare budgets, financial reports, and operational records to support management decisions.
n

What You'll Need:

Diploma or higher qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field.
n
At least 3 years of relevant work experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
n
Robust leadership and organisational skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
n
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.

Sound knowledge of food safety standards, licensing regulations, and operational compliance requirements.
