What You'll Be Doing
Efficiently manage & direct all aspects of the workshopoperations.
Ensure the highest level of service is provided to our customerbase.
Ensure delivery of key performance indicators includingproductivity, efficiency, rework, WIP and Billing Cycle
Lead, coach and develop a team of workshop employees.
Provide leadership, guidance & training to the service team.
Continuously develop & implement strategies to improvemaintenance & service effectiveness.
Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuousimprovement
What We're Looking For




Extensive experience in a management position within a workshopenvironment with heavy machinery is a must.
Proven ability to build relationships with customers, fellow workcolleagues and management.
Robust leadership skills including outstanding communication(verbal and written) and motivational skills.
Financial management including managing budgets.
Ability to evaluate and assess operations and respond to changingneeds.
Is safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow
A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results
