Greystar is seeking a Site-based Facilities Manager for A'Beckett Street, Melbourne. You will split time between hands-on maintenance and strategic budgeting, CapEx planning, and subcontractor leadership. You'll influence processes from day one and contribute to safety and regulatory compliance.
This full time role reports to the Community Manager and includes on-call support within a rotating roster, with responsibilities spanning both daily maintenance and larger strategic initiatives.
