About the Role

You will be accountable for the overall success of the South Australian region, ensuring our network operates safely, efficiently, and in line with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities
n

Develop, lead and mentor a strong, engaged and high-performing culture across multiple site-based teams
n
Drive execution of operational plans, KPIs, and strategies aligned with national objectives
n
Identify and deliver continuous improvement across warehousing, transport and customer service offerings
n
Taking full accountability for state P&L; performance, budgeting and financial results
n
Optimise asset utilisation and manage labour efficiency across operations
n
Ensuring compliance with Safety, Chain of Responsibility and regulatory requirements
n
Account Management, delivering exceptional customer outcomes while strengthening strategic customer partnerships
n
Identify and implement productivity, efficiency and cost optimisation initiatives
n
Business Development and growth accountability
n

Qualifications, Skills and Experience required
n
n
Proven leadership experience in transport, logistics, or supply chain environments
n




Strong operational and commercial acumen with a track record of delivering results
n
Expertise in analysing data and trends to develop and implement strategies that optimise operations
n
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
n
Ability to drive change, continuous improvement, and accountability
n
Ideally tertiary qualified in logistics, business management or related field
n
