About the Role
As a Transport Allocator, you'll coordinate the day‐to‐day movement of their fleet, drivers and deliveries. You'll need to be organised, proactive and confident making decisions under pressure, with a strong focus on safety, compliance and service.
Plan and allocate daily pickups, deliveries, drivers and vehicles
Monitor transport movements and complete accurate data entry and paperwork
Identify and resolve operational issues in a fast‐paced environment
Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and safety requirements
Communicate effectively with drivers, internal teams and external stakeholders
Optimise loads and fleet capacity for efficiency and cost‐effectiveness
Monitor refrigerated (reefer) units and support daily transport operations
About You
2+ years' experience as a Transport Allocator or previous experience in operations or supervisory role within the heavy industry (ie. scheduling, rostering, planning, coordination)




Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team of around 6–10 people
Confident making decisions and working under pressure
Strong communication skills and a positive, can‐do attitude
Understanding of transport safety and Chain of Responsibility requirements
