The Opportunity
Reporting to the Customer Care Floor Lead, you'll be the first point of contact for our Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) and Municipal council customers, delivering exceptional service and helping resolve a variety of customer enquiries. This position is a 12-month max-term parental leave contract.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Managing inbound customer calls and emails
Booking services and processing customer requests
Investigating and resolving service enquiries and complaints
Updating and maintaining customer records in Salesforce and other systems
Coordinating with operational teams to ensure customer outcomes are achieved
Building positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
About You
Prior experience in a customer service, or contact centre role
Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
The ability to stay calm and solution-focused in challenging situations
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
A genuine team-first attitude and willingness to support colleagues
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems is desirable
