Cafe Manager

What you'll be doing:
Leading, inspiring and mentoring a passionate team.
Delivering exceptional customer experiences every single day.
Managing daily café operations to ensure smooth,



efficient service.
Rostering, recruitment and staff development.
Monitoring labour, stock, ordering and costs.
Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and service.
Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless operations.
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous experience managing a busy café or hospitality venue.
Leads by example and isn't afraid to jump in when needed.
Has outstanding people and communication skills.
Is organised, proactive and solutions-focused.
Understands the numbers behind a successful hospitality business.
Is passionate about creating a positive workplace culture.
