About the Role:
n
BRG is seeking experienced Logistics professionals to support current and upcoming Defence programs across Australia.
n
We are interested in hearing from candidates with experience across Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), sustainment, logistics management, supply chain, asset management and Defence capability delivery.
n

Engagement: Full-time and contract opportunities

Salary/Rate: Competitive and dependent on experience and role requirements

Clearance: Baseline, NV1 or NV2 depending on the engagement
n

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
n
Depending on the role and program, responsibilities may include:
n
n
Deliver logistics and Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) activities across Defence capability acquisition and sustainment programs.
n
Develop, review and maintain logistics plans, documentation and support strategies.
n
Support logistics planning, analysis, governance and reporting.
n
Manage sustainment, supply chain, inventory, asset and materiel activities.
n
Conduct or support Logistics Support Analysis (LSA).
n
Support transition into service and ongoing sustainment activities.
n




Engage with Defence, industry partners and key stakeholders to coordinate logistics outcomes.
n
Monitor logistics risks, issues, schedules and deliverables.
n
Support Defence logistics systems, processes and compliance requirements.
n
n
To Be Successful You Will Need:
n
n
Demonstrated experience in Defence logistics, ILS, sustainment or a related logistics discipline.
n
Strong understanding of Defence capability acquisition and/or sustainment environments.
n
Experience developing and managing logistics documentation and deliverables.
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
n
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary Defence and industry teams.
n
Australian citizenship and the ability to hold the required Australian Government security clearance.
n
n
Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
n
n
Experience working within CASG or Defence SPO environments.
n
Knowledge of the One Defence Capability System (ODCS) and Fundamental Inputs to Capability (FIC).
n
Experience with MILIS and/or other Defence logistics and asset management systems.
n
Experience with ASDEFCON contracting environments.
n
Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain, engineering, project management or a related discipline.
n
Current Baseline, NV1 or NV2 security clearance.
