Lead visitor experiences at Mount Field National Park in a diverse role spanning business management, tourism, visitor services, operations and people leadership
About the role
As the Business Enterprise Coordinator, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of the Mount Field Visitor Centre, ensuring exceptional visitor experiences in one of Tasmania's most iconic national parks.
In this role, you will:
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including tour operators, local businesses and café staff.
Lead and support a team to deliver high-quality visitor services, information and experiences.
Manage business operations, including budgeting, rostering, recruitment and retail activities.
Based at one of Tasmania's oldest National Parks and the gateway to Tasmania's jewel heritage reserve, the Western Arthurs, you'll enjoy engaging, educating, and providing detailed advice to visitors on attractions, weather conditions, and safety. This role will experience all the exciting seasons at the park, including the changing of the Fagus, winter snowfall, and summer days perfect for hiking.
This is a permanent position working ***** hours (minimum ***** hours by negotiation).
Has knowledge of and passion for the natural values and attractions of Mount Field and Southwest National Park.
