Access Aged Care is seeking a friendly Resident & Family Welcome Coordinator to personally greet recent residents and their families. You will explain how our care team works and what to expect during the first weeks, answering questions and guiding them through the onboarding process.
You will make outbound calls, document outcomes, and coordinate with clinical and support teams to ensure a smooth transition. A compassionate, patient approach is essential.
