Job Description
Midcoast Council is seeking a Parks Works Supervisor to lead the Western Operations team at the Gloucester Depot. You will guide a group of 9 direct reports to maintain parks, open spaces, sports fields, gardens and cemeteries, ensuring high presentation and safety standards.

The role requires a Trade Certificate in Parks, Horticulture, or Turf Management and proven leadership in park operations. You will coach staff, coordinate volunteers and contribute to a positive community experience.
