What You'll Be Doing
n

Build greenfield financial systems using C#/.Net, Java, or Python with scalable cloud, backend, and SQL solutions.
n
Partner with stakeholders to define and deliver high-value business outcomes
n
Own end-to-end delivery, driving engineering decisions, innovation, and platform improvements
n
Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams in a fast-paced environment
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n




Software Engineers at all levels but at least 3+ years software development experience in C#/.Net, Java, or Python
n
Strong SQL and Azure/AWS cloud experience
n
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
n
First-Class Honours or 2:1 in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Russell Group preferred)
n
Financial Services experience beneficial but not essential
n
