You will partner with the Chief People Officer and senior leaders to steer employee and industrial relations, organisational development, performance, culture, engagement and risk across a complex organisation.
You will lead Enterprise Agreement negotiations, provide explicit guidance on employment law, and champion a diverse, inclusive culture
