Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of complex and high-value debtor accounts
Drive collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce aged debt
Partner with stakeholders to resolve outstanding accounts
Analyse debtor performance and identify potential risks
Support reporting and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
3+ years' experience in Credit Control, Collections or Accounts Receivable
Proven experience managing complex debtor portfolios
Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
Commercial mindset with excellent problem-solving ability
Advanced communication skills and strong attention to detail
