Join Tasty Fresh Food Co., a proudly Australian business keeping workplaces fed with fresh food daily.
n
From our Cardiff depot, you'll be part of the morning crew helping out in our food production kitchen, as well as assisting in the warehouse and/or bakery if required. Your valuable input will support stocking our 30 'Tasty Truck' lunch vans that service the local area.
n
Food handling experience highly regarded.
n
What's on Offer

$*****/hr casual rate (aged 21+)
n
Monday to Friday roster, shifts between 4am - 4pm
n
3–5 shifts per week, 6-8 hours per shift, potential to work approx. 20+ hours per week - reliability and consistency recognised and can lead to more hours
n

About the Role
n
Depending on the day and what is needed, you'll help keep our Tasty products made and in stock, warehouse running smoothly and may even jump into food production at times! Variety is the spice of life and that is what you get in this exciting opportunity.
n
Typical duties include:
n
n
Food
preparation/cooking/assembly
mainly in food production, but may involve working in our in house bakery at times
n
Warehouse tasks; counts, pick packing, organisation
n
Working in variable temperature-controlled areas; bakery and cool rooms
n
Cleaning of all working areas; manufacturing and warehouse
n
Stock maintenance; receipt and storage tasks

No two shifts are the same — but reliability, attention to detail and teamwork are key.
n
n
Reliable, punctual, and ready to work hard
n
Comfortable working in cool environments (3–9°C)
n
Physically fit – able to lift up to 20kg, bend, stretch, and move freely
n
Positive attitude, initiative, and attention to detail
n
Drive and motivation to achieve and exceed targets
n
Full Australian work rights and a driver's licence with reliable transport (required due to early starts)
n
Food handling experience highly regarded, Bakery or Warehouse experience a bonus!
