As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven and technically skilled Senior Project Engineer to support our sales team by designing, demonstrating, and delivering innovative technology solutions for our clients.

The Chance
n
Based in Brisbane, this client-facing role will see you working with leading technologies spanning networking, cloud platforms, wireless infrastructure, identity management, and business systems integration.
n
You will act as the technical lead throughout the pre-sales and solution design lifecycle, helping customers develop scalable, reliable, and future-ready technology solutions.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Serve as the technical lead for client solution engagements.
n
Design solutions incorporating network infrastructure, wireless technologies, cloud platforms, firewalls, and identity management solutions.
n
Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, including CIOs, CTOs, IT leaders, and technical teams.
n
Gather and analyse customer requirements to develop tailored technology solutions.
n
Conduct desktop assessments using floor plans to determine hardware and infrastructure requirements.
n
Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to validate and optimise solution designs.
n
Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and workshops.
n
Conduct site inspections and finalise solution designs.
n
Lead Proof of Concept (PoC) projects and pilot deployments.
n
Provide technical quality assurance throughout deployment projects.
n
Deliver customer training and knowledge transfer on deployed solutions.
n




Integrate multiple technologies into seamless end-to-end solutions.
n
Assist with troubleshooting and escalated support issues.
n
Contribute to the ongoing development of IT Integrity's technology solutions, processes, and best practices.

About You
n
You are a technically capable and commercially minded professional who enjoys solving complex customer challenges and presenting innovative solutions.
n
n
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Networking, Computer Engineering, Cloud Computing, or a related discipline.
n
Strong understanding of:
TCP/IPDNSDHCPNATVLANsLayer
2/Layer 3 networkingTLS and secure communications
n
Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
n
Solid knowledge of LAN, WAN, wireless networking, cloud services, and infrastructure technologies.
n
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
n
Willingness to undertake vendor certification programs.
n
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
n

Highly Regarded
n
n
Experience in infrastructure design, systems integration, cloud solutions, or networking environments.

Industry certifications such as: CompTIA Network+Cisco CCNAMicrosoft CertificationsAWS Solutions ArchitectVMware Certifications

Experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, consulting, or technical advisory roles.
