About the Role
n
As Office Manager, you'll be the backbone of the office, overseeing job scheduling, client communication, invoicing, and compliance documentation while keeping internal systems and records running smoothly. Reporting directly to the Director, you'll play a key role in driving efficient workflows and ensuring a skilled experience for every client, tenant, and technician who deals with the business.

This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who takes initiative, thrives on staying organised, and enjoys being the person who keeps everything on track.

Key Responsibilities
n
Oversee job scheduling and coordinate technicians in line with operational priorities
n
Manage client and tenant appointments, bookings, enquiries, and follow-ups
n
Own the invoicing process, ensuring invoices are prepared and issued accurately and on time
n
Maintain and improve job management and invoicing systems, ensuring all job information is complete and up to date
n
Prepare, issue, and file compliance certificates and documentation
n
Maintain accurate records, job files, and internal systems
n
Provide administrative support and guidance to the operations and management teams
n
Act as a key point of contact for clients, tenants,
technicians, and internal staff
n
Handle company and client information with confidentiality and professionalism
n
Help identify and implement improvements to office processes and procedures
n
Skills and Experience
n
Previous experience in an office management, administration, or office support role (trade or service industry highly regarded)
n
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
n
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‐paced environment
n
Confident, professional communication skills, both written and verbal
n
Experience using job management, invoicing, or accounting systems (preferred)
n
Competent computer skills, including email and document management
n
Ability to work collaboratively with operational and field teams
n
A proactive, can‐do approach and genuine commitment to workplace standards
