Job Description
Wellways Australia Limited invites applications for a Sleepover Recovery Worker to join the PARC program in Melbourne. This part time role (5 or 6 nights per fortnight) supports participants with recovery-oriented care and helps establish calming evening routines.

You will work within a 24/7 program with rotating shifts, provide empathetic, safety-focused support, and participate in planning and documentation as required. A minimum Cert 4 in Mental Health or related field is expected.
