Head of Commercial - Home & Community Support

Bolton Clarke is Australia's largest independent not-for-profit aged care provider, supporting more than 130,000 customers through our Home & Community Support services nationally. As we continue to evolve in a changing aged care landscape, we're seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive performance, identify growth opportunities and strengthen financial sustainability across the business.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, Home & Community Support, you'll partner closely with operational, finance and workforce leaders to deliver commercial outcomes that support both organisational performance and exceptional customer experiences.

Your responsibilities:
n

Lead commercial strategy and business performance across our national Home & Community Support division
n
Drive revenue growth, margin improvement, funding conversion and package utilisation outcomes
n
Lead pricing strategy, governance and commercial modelling to support strategic decision-making
n
Identify new revenue opportunities across fee-for-service, private market and emerging growth channels
n
Establish commercial frameworks that improve workforce productivity, utilisation and operational performance
n
Partner with Finance and Operations to deliver meaningful commercial insights, forecasting and performance improvement initiatives
n
Build and lead a high-performing commercial function while influencing leaders across multiple regions and business units
n

About you
n
You'll bring a proven track record of leading commercial performance in a large,



complex service-based environment and be comfortable influencing senior stakeholders to achieve meaningful business outcomes.

You'll likely have experience in:
n
n
Commercial leadership, strategy, finance, business performance or operational improvement
n
Pricing strategy and governance
n
Commercial modelling and business case development
n
Workforce productivity and operational performance initiatives
n
Executive stakeholder management and influencing outcomes across large organisations
n
Leading high-performing teams through change and growth
n
Aged care, health, community services or similarly complex sectors highly regarded
n
n
