We're looking for
3 casual Section Waiters
who can commit to approximately
***** hours per week from now until October
, increasing to approximately
***** hours per week from October through to February

This is a great opportunity for experienced waiters looking for consistent casual hours now, with the opportunity to pick up
near full-time hours over Melbourne's busy summer season.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include
Managing your own section and delivering warm, attentive and knowledgeable service




Guiding guests through Pastuso's Peruvian menu and confidently making food and beverage recommendations
Building rapport with guests and working closely with the wider team to deliver memorable, efficient service

What We're Looking For
Minimum 1–2 years' experience as a Section Waiter or in a similar role within a busy restaurant
Strong sequence of service, food and beverage knowledge, and confidence managing your own section
Availability for
***** hours per week until October and ***** hours per week from October through February
