Hands-on machinery & production role

You'll work on the Egg Grading Floor, operating and adjusting the Moba egg grader,



keeping production running efficiently and coordinating the grading team.
n
What you'll do
n
n
Operate and adjust the Moba egg grader
n
Monitor production and make machine adjustments
n
Coordinate and supervise grading floor staff
n
Follow QA, food safety and WHS procedures
n
Complete basic production and stock reconciliations
n
Communicate production requirements with the team
n
n
What we're looking for...
n
We're interested in candidates with experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Operator, Food Production Operator, Processing Operator or Team Leader.
n
You'll need to be:
n
n
Reliable and hardworking
n
Comfortable working around machinery
n
Confident in a fast-paced production environment
n
Strong with basic maths and attention to detail
n
Comfortable coordinating a team
n
n
Moba experience is highly desirable, but relevant
machinery/production
experience will be considered.
