About The Role

We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to lead a designated section. You will execute premium dishes with precision while maintaining exceptional quality and portion control. Responsibilities

Lead and manage your assigned section to deliver premium quality dishes consistently.

Execute menu items with precision, focusing on presentation and portion control.

Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and senior team to uphold the culinary vision.

Supervise and support junior team members, fostering efficiency and professional growth.

Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and WH&S; standards.

Qualifications & Experience

A formal qualification in Commercial Cookery is essential.
n
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a premium or fine dining setting.
n
Strong knowledge of WH&S; regulations and a commitment to kitchen safety.
