As
Branch Coordinator
, you'll play a vital role in supporting our incredible volunteers and ensuring the successful operation of our local branches. With the support of our Branch Support Officers, you will:
Assist branches in providing
nutritious and well-presented meals
to the community.
Ensure services comply with
Meals on Wheels SA policies and procedures
.
Supervise
food safety programs
, including adherence to procedures and documentation.
Train and support volunteers
in the use of kitchen equipment and Standard Operating Procedures.
Assist with meal
preparation, cooking, storage, and delivery
in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide




administrative assistance
to ensure smooth branch operations.
What We're Looking For
The ideal Branch Coordinator will:
Have strong supervisory skills
– Able to coach, mentor, and support volunteers.
Build positive team relationships
with volunteers, staff, and stakeholders.
Understand (or be willing to learn) Meals on Wheels SA operations.
Be highly organised
– Strong coordination, time management, and logistics skills.
Prioritise and adapt
to meet conflicting demands in a dynamic environment.
