About Tombo Den:

Tombo Den is a moody, two-level homage to late-night Tokyo, set in the buzzing and eclectic heart of Chapel Street, Windsor. Helmed by Head Chef Dan Chan, the restaurant and sake bar's offering of small plates delivers a playful, yet considered nod to the Japanese street food classics, with a centrepiece sushi counter and plenty of hero produce cooked over coals.

About the Chance:

We are looking for the industry's best Hosts to join our team to deliver exceptional service to our guests. Coordinate and communicate a multitude of elements within the restaurant. You will be guest focused and bring a charismatic approach to your work. Shifts primarily on weekends - weekend availability is a must.

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

Experience as a Host in a vibrant, high-volume restaurant
n




Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
n
Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
n
Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
n
Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
n
Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
Outstanding time management
n
Experience with OpenTable favourable
n
Full availability including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
n
